A very beautiful beach is that of Torre Mozza, divided among the bathers of Follonica and Piombino, which takes its name from the homonymous tower of the '500 built by the Appiani, guarding the pirate incursions of ancient times.
The tower is divided into three factory buildings, and the two to the ground were added in successive ages. It is a wilderness lido, with pits and canes stretching across the beach but hides curiosity in the backdrops. It seems that about 30 meters from the shore can be seen with a simple mask and mouthpiece, a cliff parallel to the coast that dilates for hundreds of meters and is likely to be the ancient seat of the Aurelia Street. In addition to this you will notice a rich fish fauna.
