The Agriturismo Masseria Valente is a fortified farm of late 1700 and it was recently restored according to the Architecture of the Stone, typical of the Apulia region, enhancing its historic character. Another peculiarity is the underground oil mill completely renovated and the tanks and the caves existing long time before the farm was built, symbols of an ancient tradition of olive oil production.

The Masseria has 37 acres of natural park, part of which is dedicated to organic farming

Masseria Valente has in fact:

- 4 Small Apartments, for 2-4 persons, composed of two spacious rooms, living with kitchen with equipment and bedroom with bathThey are located inside the body of the mansion, entirely made of stone with veranda and view, on the white city or the park of olive trees or the sea;
- 8 Classic Rooms, for 2-3 persons, consisting of one room with bath, kitchen with equipment,They are located outside the body of the mansion, are well furnished, are air conditioned and comfortable, have a patio
